Two kittens will appear in the production of the 1936 play by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart.

Kittens from the Humane Society of New York are auditioning Monday at the Longacre Theatre.

Elizabeth Ashley and James Earl Jones are among the show’s human cast members.

Previews start Aug. 26.
