Nashua Choral Society concert on tap

By Staff | Apr 19, 2018

NASHUA – The Nashua Choral Society will be performing Beethoven’s Mass in C Major with members of the Symphony NH Orchestra and accompanist R. Scott White Saturday on April 28 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 216 East Dunstable Road in Nashua. This Beethoven masterpiece is regarded as one of the composer’s most underrated compositions and is not often performed. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. with Symphony NH instrumentalists performing Haydn’s London Symphony.

The concert will be led by Music Director Dr. Daniel Roihl, a conductor who has led choral and instrumental ensembles throughout New England and Southern California. His passion for the musical arts is infectious with his students and audiences.

Soloists performing will include Andrea Veal, soprano; Emily Adams, mezzo soprano; Michael Dodge, tenor; and Mark Cleveland, baritone. The musical backgrounds and experience of these soloists is exceptional and shared in their concert program bios.
