• Don't be shy - ask questions - this is your opportunity to learn about the professional services each vendor has to offer.
• Bring your calendar - vendors will be ready to book consultations and appointments with you to further discuss your wedding plans. Take advantage and book your appointment with them ASAP.
• Bring labels that contain your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. This will save you time when completing forms for the vendors as well as entering raffles.
• Be prepared to provide a deposit to vendors - if you are certain you wish to work with a specific vendor, providing a deposit will secure your wedding date. If you wait until after the show, the date may be scooped up by another bride and groom.
• Take advantage of Show Specials - some vendors may offer special pricing or discounts at the event. Be sure to mention the event when you follow up with each vendor so you may take advantage of any discounts that may be offered.
