The editorial board of The Telegraph meets once a week to discuss the latest news and public policy issues and determine the editorial positions of the newspaper. The board strives to address a broad range of topics affecting the lives of our readers.

The Telegraph's editorial opinions are reached by the consensus of the editorial board. These opinions are independent of the newspaper’s news coverage and do not influence other content.

Roger Carroll's New Hampshire journalism career spans more than 30 years, starting with his days as an award-winning radio reporter in his hometown of Lebanon, then as a staff writer for the West Lebanon Valley News, and most recently as the editor of the Eagle Times in Claremont. He also authored a critically acclaimed history of Lebanon, worked as a congressional aide in Washington and a staffer for the New Hampshire House of Representative, and spent a season as an assistant coach with the Dartmouth College men's basketball team. He lives in Nashua.

Executive Managing Editor Phil Kincade began his New Hampshire newspaper career covering the delivery of Seabrook Station's reactor core in 1979. Before joining the Telegraph's staff in 2010 we worked for more than 30 years at Foster's Daily Democrat in Dover where he served in several capacities including Statehouse Bureau Chief, Editorial Page Editor, Assistant Managing Editor and Managing Editor for Online News and Content. He's a 1978 graduate of Indiana University and lives in Durham.
