Over the course of this week, members of the Nashua Police Department Uniform Operations Bureau arrested several suspects after investigations identified them as being involved in the sale of controlled drugs, specifically marijuana. The investigations were conducted by the Narcotics Intelligence Division over several months. During the investigation it was learned that several of these subjects were involved in selling marijuana to high school students from Nashua and surrounding communities. None of the subjects were charged with actually selling on school property. Concerned citizens provided valuable information that assisted in the investigation. Detectives executed several search warrants seizing several pounds of marijuana, two vehicles, a motorcycle, a handgun, $116,000 in United States currency. Arrested were:

Joseph Falzone, 29, of 31 White Plains Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, one count of Drug Enterprise Leader, Felony and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, Marijuana, Felony. Falzone’s bail was set at $100,000 cash only. Falzone was arraigned 03/27/2012, and is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

Alec McLaughlin, 20, of 19 Salmon Brook Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, Marijuana, Felony. Mclaughlin’s bail was set at $100,000 cash or surety. McLaughlin was arraigned 03/27/2012, and is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

Joshua Swabowicz, 19, of 24 Ponderossa Avenue, Nashua, New Hampshire, two counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony and two counts of Conspiracy to Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony. Swabowicz’s bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety and was held at the Nashua Police Department where he was arraigned on 03/29/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Iraj Parsa, 17, of 3 Quinton Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, two counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony. Parsa was released on $15,000 cash or surety bail and will be arraigned on 04/17/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Ian Williams, 19, of 105 Spit Brook Road, Apartment 13B, Nashua, New Hampshire, three counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony. Williams’ bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety and was held at the Nashua Police Department where he was arraigned on 03/29/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Jesse Humphrey, 20, of 5 Pulpit Place, Nashua, New Hampshire, three counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony. Humphrey’s bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety and was held at the Nashua Police Department where he was arraigned on 03/ 29/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Joseph Pepin, 19, of 6 Winding Hollow Road, Hudson, New Hampshire, three counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Second Offense, Felony. Pepin was released on $25,000 cash or surety bail and will be arraigned on 04/17/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Kyle McLaughlin, 23, of 7 Cypress Lane, Apartment #4, Nashua, New Hampshire, one count of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Second Offense, Felony. McLaughlin’s bail was set at $15,000 Cash or Surety and is being held at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment 03/30/2012 at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division.

Detectives expect to make more arrests in the near future.
