TAACCCT3 GRANT PROJECT MANAGER

Nashua Community College (NCC) is seeking a full-time Grant Project Manager to manage and oversee the implementation of activities associated with the US Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Round 3 Program grant awarded to Nashua Community College. This candidate will ensure success and compliance with all terms and conditions of the grant and serves as the primary resource for the Advanced Manufacturing by Innovation and Design Program (AMID) in all phases of grant implementation. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree from a recognized college or university with a major in education, public administration, business administration, or related field and four (4) years’ professional or paraprofessional experience in grant management, workforce development or leadership of a nonprofit program/organization, with responsibilities in program research, planning, monitoring, and evaluation OR a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with major study in education, public administration, business administration, or related field and five (5) years’ professional experience in grant management, workforce development or leadership of a nonprofit program/organization, with responsibilities in program research, planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

Work experience in higher education, preferably within a community college is desired. This position offers a salary range of $47,125.08 - $55,761.63 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a grant funded position, with an end date of September 30, 2017.
