What's the biggest challenge facing your type of business, and how are you approaching it? The biggest challenge facing my business is getting in front of the business owner. I am dealing with this challenge by creating relationships with colleagues whose products and services complement my business. I have also joined the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and attend as many networking events as I can, which has been tremendously helpful in spreading the word and recruiting new business.

What's the biggest change you would like to see in the business climate in this area? I think the business climate is quite healthy in New Hampshire, and change is happening. I see it in my own town of Bedford. We have had several new businesses open lately, and there are quite a few commercial and housing projects underway.

What else should the readers know about your business? Since money and time are usually the greatest challenges to small businesses, I have shaped my services to be affordable, practical and easy to implement.

Most importantly, I stay with my clients from start to finish.
