HUDSON – Heather Atwater of The Telegraph and NHDailyDeal.com has been named assistant digital media sales manager directly overseeing The Telegraph Digital Marketing Services program and NHDailyDeal.com.
Atwater started with The Telegraph in August 2011 as a digital marketing services account executive. She attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a degree in communication and a minor in Spanish. Atwater is responsible for developing relationships with local businesses for the NHDailyDeal.com program and The Telegraph Digital Marketing Services program, which offers social media and SEO management as well as general online consulting. On occasion, she blogs for NH.com.

NASHUA – Great American Downtown has two new members of the board of directors. Greg Stevens, owner of Stella Blu , and Marylou Blaisdell, owner of DesignWares, joined the board on April 17.
Stevens has enjoyed commercial and critical success at Stella Blu. Before owning the restaurant, he had a career in the high-tech industry as an engineer.
Blaisdell has owned DesignWares, which offers a clothing, gifts and jewelry, since 2006, and serves as chairperson on the Board of Assessors and the Service Advisory Committee in Nashua.
NASHUA – Dr. Carol Parnell has become the only doctor in the region certified in the Impulse Instrument Adjusting technique. Parnell received her certification at the Impulse Adjusting System Seminar co-sponsored by the Postgraduate Division of New York Chiropractic College held in Boston in April.
Chiropractic Instrument Adjusting allows the doctor to specifically target problem areas with a computer controlled force. The Impulse device uses high-speed chiropractic adjustments to help patients suffering low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches and whiplash.
David Gottesman, the head of Litigation for Gottesman and Hollis, PA’s Nashua office, has been inducted into the International Society of Barristers. The ISOB is an organization of trial lawyers with a limited membership who are found to be “outstanding in the field of advocacy.”Gottesman is the newest member of the ISOB from New Hampshire inducted into the organization.
Gottesman has achieved the highest possible ranking from his peers through Martindale-Hubbell, the lawyers’ ranking service, and has been cited as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for personal injury litigation and by the national polling firm Woodward/White Inc., every year since 2003. He has been noted as a “Super Lawyer” by the rating service that reviews outstanding lawyers. The National Crime Victim Bar Association recognized Gottesman in 2004 with the Frank Carrington Champion of Civil Justice Award, an honor that is presented each year to the one attorney in the nation who best exemplifies a commitment to helping crime victims obtain civil justice through the courts. Gottesman also was recognized for his work in the case of Remsburg v. Docusearch Inc., in which he represented the estate of 20-year-old Amy Boyer in a lawsuit against an Internet-based information broker who acquired her personal information under false pretenses, and then sold that information to her stalker who later killed her.
Gottesman’s practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, automobile accidents, product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Gottesman has served as President of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, now the NH Association for Justice. Gottesman also has achieved the level of advocate from the American Association for Justice.
NASHUA – Earl Prolman, of Nashua, has qualified for the “Top of the Table” of the Million Dollar Round Table – The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Prolman is a 47-year MDRT member and a six-time “Top of the Table” qualifier.
“Top of the Table” status is the highest level of MDRT membership and places Prolman among the top professionals in the global life insurance and financial services industry.
