Our freedom is rapidly disappearing

My parents raised me to have pride in our America way of life and to enjoy the freedom that so many have paid for with their lives. I find this to be increasingly difficult with the dishonest groups of politicians, captains of industry and lawyers that we continue to support through our own laziness.

We support politicians who lie to us fully knowing that they will not fulfill their promises or truly represent their constituents; greedy CEO’s who steal and overpay themselves; and lawyers who over-charge everyone.

Those of us who vote are not fully aware of precisely what our self-serving representatives and corporations stand for. Our freedom is rapidly disappearing.

It is evident that a significant number of citizens are seeking something for nothing, unaware that anything worth having needs to be earned.

Capitalism has built a strong America. The abuse of capitalism will destroy our way of life. Socialism has destroyed freedom wherever it has reared its ugly head. Change is required but that change must be constructive and support our values.
