Correction

Ryan Murphy, a guardsman who was denied a pardon by Gov. John Lynch and the Executive Council, is 22 years old. He was a student at Plymouth State University in March 2007 when he left the scene of an accident in which his car struck a utility pole. Murphy’s age and the date of the accident were incorrect in a story on Page 2 of the Nov. 5 Telegraph.
