KEENE, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire woman who was the target of a foiled murder-for-hire plot by her ex-boyfriend and his mother has died of cancer.
The Keene Sentinel reports 37-year-old Michelle Hudon, formerly of Hancock, died on Sept. 3, a year after Constance and Guido Boldini were accused of offering an undercover police officer $10,000 to kill her.
In April, Guido Boldini pleaded guilty to criminal solicitation to commit murder and was sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison. Testimony at his sentencing hearing showed that he was in a custody battle with Hudon over their 4-year-old son.
Boldini’s 76-year-old mother Constance Boldini pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit murder and was sent to prison for at least 4½ years.
