CVS employee charged with phony returns

NASHUA – A city man is accused of embezzling from CVS Pharmacy by filing phony returns, police report. Jacob Delude, 21, of 11-7 Strawberry Bank Road, faces a felony and misdemeanor theft charge. He was arrested shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday, and held on $4,000 bail for arraignment Wednesday morning in Nashua District Court.

The store’s security officials told police that Delude had been stealing by submitting fraudulent returns over three months.
