Artillery company salutes contributions of veterans

Gerard Gagnon of Manchester, New Hampshire fought his way through Europe at the end of World War Two in a tank destroyer group. On Veterans Day Wednesday Gagnon, accompanied by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, joined two other veterans as guests of the Lafayette Artillery Company at Lyndeborough’s town observance of the holiday and fired the group’s antique cannon.
