5 teens accused of drinking at Halloween party
MILFORD – Police broke up an underage drinking party at a Mont Vernon Street residence on Halloween night and arrested five teenagers.
Police went to the home of Bryanna L. McGraw, 18, of 198 Mont Vernon St., around midnight Oct. 31 and found many young people, some drinking alcohol, in the garage.
McGraw was charged with facilitating a party where underage drinking took place, as well as unlawful possession of alcohol.
Police Chief Fred Douglas said people at the party ranged from a 12-year-old, who was not drinking, to a 27-year-old.
Also arrested at McGraw’s house after the Halloween party were Misty C. Campbell, 18, of Nashua, and Michael LaDouceur, 19, of 49 Valhalla Drive, Milford.
The three teenagers were released on bail and each given a court date of Dec. 2.
Eric Truman Hahnl, 17, of Nashua, was charged with resisting arrest and criminal mischief, as well as unlawful possession of alcohol, and spent the night in the Valley Street jail in Manchester in lieu of $500 bail.
One juvenile was arrested and released to parents.
McGraw’s stepfather was in the house and had not been aware that drinking was taking place; he cooperated fully with police, Douglas said.
